WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our site accepts all major credit cards.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

While the timing can vary, typically it takes about two weeks from the time you place your order, depending on your location. *Some products are taking longer than usual. You are welcome to contact us with any questions you have.

MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

●  Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

●  Ask your local post office if they have your package

●  Stop by your neighbors in case the carrier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@thehazelnut.store with your order number WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY.

 

If you mistakenly entered an incorrect address while ordering, resulting in the items being returned to us and requiring a reshipment of the items, you will be required to pay the postage for reshipment.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, contact support at contact@thehazelnut.store.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re so sorry if the product you received was defective. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@thehazelnut.store WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS OF THE DATE OF DELIVERY with photos of the defective product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at contact@thehazelnut.store.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All purchases are final. There are no returns or refunds on any items ordered.

The Hazelnut's Privacy Policy is as follows: We only collect data and use cookies to help improve your experience on our website. We do not track your online activities off of our website. We do not and will not sell your data! Once you leave our site (for example, if you use one of the "social" buttons to connect to Facebook or Instagram), we are not responsible for any tracking, data collecting, or selling of your data that occurs on or through those third party sites. THE HAZELNUT + HIPPY FEET, WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

Hippy Feet is a Minneapolis-based company that donates 50% of their profits to organizations that serve homeless youth. The Hazelnut is a customer in their Custom Sock Program. That means the design you see -- that sunshine-yellow lemon wedge -- was drawn by Lily and The Hazelnut submitted it to Hippy Feet to be woven into a sock. We are thrilled to offer this sustainable product made of recycled cotton -- saving t-shirt trimmings from their doomed fate of the landfill. These socks rescue cotton, recycle polyester, create jobs here in our country and community, help homeless youth, and help young people pursue their dreams. These are some accomplished socks!
